Private Lessons

Private lessons will improve your boxing/kickboxing techniques, endurance and strength. Men, women and juniors are encouraged to sign-up for a few private lessons, especially if they are new to the sport.

All lessons are performed in the boxing ring for approximately one hour.

Benefits of Private Lessons:

  • One-on-one training
  • Mitt work training . Catered to the individual's style (i.e. a puncher, boxer or kickboxer)
  • Techniques perfected in private training
